Fue pareja del presidente de Chile, Gabriel Boric, por lo cual ejerció el papel protocolar de primera dama entre el 11 de marzo de 2022 y el 29 de diciembre de 2022. En dicho cometido, impulsó la eliminación del papel institucional de la primera dama —denominado como Coordinadora Sociocultural de la Presidencia de la República de Chile—, traspasando las fundaciones que dependían de dicha función a diferentes ministerios.

Paula Daniela Carrasco Carrasco (born 17 January 1994) is a Chilean professional basketball player, environmental chemist, and public servant. She plays for Sportiva Italiana de Valparaíso and is a member of the Chile women's national team. Since 2024, she has been the domestic partner of Gabriel Boric, President of Chile, although she has not assumed the role of First Lady.
